At RYFA, we believe in thoughtful shopping. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we have a strict return policy designed to encourage mindful purchases.
Refund and Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns must be shipped back within this window.
- Late returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item has been opened or used, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return Shipping & Fees
- A CHF 8.50 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged.
How to Request a Return
- Request via the form or email us at info@ryfastudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
PLEASE NOTE: All products undergo a thorough quality check before being shipped. Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery, minimizing the chance of damage. Returns based on damage will be assessed individually, as all items leave our facility in perfect condition.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders, exclusive items, personalized pieces).
- Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable).
- Gift cards
If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges, but not through a direct swap. To request an exchange:
- Email us at info@ryfastudio.com with the subject line: Exchange Item.
- Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement.
Note: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@ryfastudio.com.
