General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through RYFA Studio, accessible at www.ryfastudio.com. All orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock issues, delivery restrictions, or payment concerns.

We comply with Swiss consumer protection laws, including the Federal Act on Unfair Competition (UWG)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Switzerland only, with deliveries made to valid Swiss addresses - including P.O. Boxes (subject to carrier limitations). We are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 6 business days.

We partner with trusted Swiss carriers such as Swiss Post, DHL Switzerland, and DPD Switzerland to ensure reliable delivery.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier used
  • An estimated delivery date

You can track your order through the carrier’s official website using your tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation & Invoicing

  • A digital invoice will be included in the confirmation email.
  • We comply with Swiss VAT invoicing requirements. Since RYFA Studio is not VAT-registered, invoices do not include VAT (MwSt.) or VAT breakdowns.
  • If you need a paper invoice, please request it at checkout or via email.

VAT, Duties & Taxes

Switzerland

    As we only ship within Switzerland, no customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic orders.

    Preorders & Shipping

    Some items at RYFA Studio are available for preorder. When the initial in‑stock pieces sell out, new orders automatically become preorders.

    Production & Timeline Preorder pieces are produced in small batches or made to order. Production typically requires 10–15 days, after which your item will be shipped. Estimated shipping windows are provided on each product page.

    Mixed Orders If your order includes both in‑stock and preorder items, the full order will ship together once all pieces are ready. This ensures reduced packaging and a more sustainable delivery process.

    Updates You will receive email updates as your preorder moves through production and shipping.

    Delivery Issues

    If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

    • Please wait 24 hours (packages may be scanned early).
    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
    • If unresolved, contact us within 7 days at info@ryfastudio.com.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • All RYFA products undergo strict quality checks before shipment and are carefully packed to prevent damage.
    • If your package is lost or damaged, we will investigate with the carrier. Depending on the results, we may offer a replacement or refund.
    • Damaged packages must be reported immediately, and customers should keep the packaging intact for inspection.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

    • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@ryfastudio.com.
    • If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.
    • If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address details.

    Undeliverable or Returned Packages

    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

    • We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

    • A CHF 7.00 reshipping fee may apply.

    • If no response is received within 14 days, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping costs).

    To minimize unnecessary returns, customers must request a return before sending items back, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Additionally:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days.

    • A CHF 8.50 flat rate return shipping fee applies.

    • A 20% restocking fee is charged for opened or used items.
